One-third of all U.S. kids and teenagers are considered overweight or obese. So it's not a surprise that Minnesota 15-year-old Nate St. Martin's transformation has inspired a strong following online. Nate was 385 pounds when he had his wake-up call at a doctor's visit. Calorie-cutting with meal replacements (like Smart Ones, Weight Watchers) and up to three hours a day of exercise led to dramatic results within 10 months. After posting his before-and-after photos on Facebook, Nate was overwhelmed by the immediate response. He's sharing his story and sensible advice with a growing fan base.
