Found something really valuable on some of the FB posts of my friends.
To boost weight loss --
Ingredients: 2L water, 1 medium cucumber, 1 lemon, 10-12 mint leaves.
Steep overnight in fridge and drink every day. Also great for general detox--including clear skin!
In this video, they make a refreshing drink with ice and sugar. I think I will go for the fermented one above.
