I thought it's just in the Philippines that these ride accidents happen. I am surprise to see this news. Something simple like an indicater in front of each rider letting them know things are safe. A simple system that tells them "harness locked"͵ "hydralics locked"͵ "Rider seat positioning checked" pluse a fault tone. Then if one failed when riding you would know to hold on.
