I can understand the sentiments very well. But well, we don't have to have "vomit" button for that, that one is very rude and judgmental. What I have done was just to click "unsubscribe" when that particular gay friend of mine posts photos which make me vomit. So it stopped everything when I did that. I am no longer seeing his posts that most of the time I find offensive.
